"You must let the customer know if there are pets in the house."

We couldn’t stay in the house as there was cat n dog my wife is a cancer patient we have appointments in the morning she has a cat phobia we decided not to stay and ask for refund. Cats was not mentioned when we booked.

I want my money to be refunded.

Very comfortable bed, clean, good bathroom. Pretty garden, parking on property. Hosts very accommodating.

No fridge in room, but host did regularly offer fresh milk for our tea, which was much appreciated. A cooked breakfast was not on offer unfortunately.
