Infelizmente, fui alvo de olhares julgadores e de um tratamento nitidamente diferenciado por parte das recepcionistas devido às minhas vestimentas. A hospitalidade exige que todos os hóspedes sejam tratados com o mesmo nível de respeito e cortesia, independentemente de sua aparência ou estilo. O atendimento foi frio e desdenhoso, o que contrasta com a proposta de um estabelecimento que deveria prezar pelo bem-estar de quem o escolhe. Espero que a gerência realize um treinamento focado em atendimento humanizado e combate ao preconceito, para que outros hóspedes não se sintam tão desconfortáveis quanto eu."
