there is no-one on-site, and the host we were in touch with via whatsapp ignored us. There was a sewage smell coming from the pipes in the ensuite bathroom when we arrived. We told the hosts and hours later they told just that they investigated, and there was no smell (this was not true). We aired the room out all afternoon while we were at the beach, and it improved, but then the horrible smell came back stronger than before. We had to strip the bed and make the bed in the small room near the kitchen to sleep there. Then the smell started coming out of the pipes in the kitchen. The hosts did nothing to help with this, they didn't even apologize. it was disgusting. The internet did NOT work at all. We received an error message from the router that too many IP addresses had connected recently and the router needed to be reset. I told our hosts this many times, but since there is no staff physically present at the property (or willing to come to the property in the case of an emergency apparently), they could not reset the router, and so we did not have internet. The hosts sent us a form for ordering breakfast that had to be submitted online by 6pm, but it was difficult to do this since there is no internet at the apartment. We got the form submitted and asked for the breakfast at 830am, but the eggs did not arrive until 9:20am and we needed to leave for our flight at 9:25am so we didn't have time to eat. Also there is no privacy from the neighboring apartment. The decks are adjoining and we could see the neighbors and they could see us, it was uncomfortable. No view of the beach. view of power lines and ugly building rooftops etc

Odor retornando do banheiro muito desagrádavel. A piscina estava meio suja...não foi possível usá-la.

Achei tudo maravilhoso. O ambiente é muito confortável, tudo muito bem arrumado e de ótima qualidade. O café da manhã no quarto super caprichado e com muitas variedades. É ter a privacidade de um Airbnb e a comodidade de um hotel. Fica próximo a mercadinhos, posto de gasolina e restaurantes.

Um dos banheiro não possuía ventilação.

Um ponto de melhoria são as informações sobre a piscina, pois na foto mostrar que o quarto têm piscina, quando cheguei lá não são todos os quartos, e isso nós causa frustração, e toda família ficou triste. O site deve deixar mais claro sobre essa informações.
