A dream come true, but the combination of the wonderful hotel with the wonderful view makes the experience more beautiful and fulfilling. Organized hotel with service in all areas (airport/hotel transfer organization, balloon organization, tour guide organization). The staff is helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing . We visited Istanbul, Göreme, and Selçuk (for Ephesus), and I have to say—this hotel was the highlight of our trip. We travel to Europe twice a year and have been doing so for the past 10 years, and this is truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The location is perfect: close to everything, yet set on a hill, making it peaceful and offering beautiful views. We had an early flight and arrived very early, so being able to check in early made a huge difference since we were quite tired. The front desk manager, Arif, was always there—he went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for us, gave great recommendations, and patiently answered all of our questions. Breakfast each day was delicious and fresh. The kitchen staff were incredibly kind and even offered us coffee and cookies when we stopped by for a break. The room and bathroom were very spacious, and the shower was fantastic. Everything about our stay was just perfect.

The location was beautiful and quiet. The room cofortable and clean. The buffet at breakfast was diverse and very good. Would definetively come again

Steep walk up to the hotel

Good location – away from the city noise, with good view and you can see the balloons from the terrace. We were pleasantly surprised with great breakfast.

There are some constructions going on around, but the inconvenience is minor.

The location is great, it's quiet but just a few minutes walk to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are. Our room had plenty of space with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, a great choice of food. The hotel was very proactive in helping to organise transfers and activities, all at a fair price. Everything was great!

位置就在格雷梅小镇的山脚 是真正的洞穴酒店 我和姐姐定的双床房 他们双床房只有3间 我们住105 而且在一楼 所以 如果大床房 位置更高些 视野会更好一些 房间面积不小 卫生间很宽敞 顶喷花洒超级爽 床也舒服 早餐也蛮丰富的 用餐环境也不错 前台小哥哥小姐姐 人都不错 不但回复信息及时 还帮我们预订了 shuttle bus 也帮忙提行李 我们自己在12go预订shuttle bus 需要留电话号码 我们的卡只能上网 酒店Arif 还同意留了他个人的手机号 谢谢他 期间预订绿线一日游出了点小状况 不过 也圆满解决了 住了两晚 第三天早晨 看到了热气球 不虚此行

姐姐觉得卫生间换气扇如果能自己控制就更好了 因为酒店在山脚 所以门前 坡度确实很大 不过 我们搭乘的shuttle bus 的司机帮我们将行李箱推了上去 如果没有他 酒店工作人员也会帮忙的
