Foi uma acomodação boa. O resort é muito bonito.

A hidromassagem não funcionar, não ter muita opção no restaurante de comida e o que tem acaba sendo muito caro para o que oferecem.

Café da manhã ótimo! Refeições no restaurante com poucas opções mas muito boas. Espaço excelente!

Variedade no cardápio das refeições! Piscina excessivamente quente! Não dava pra ficar!

location is perfect. we were experience marvelous time with good nature. and The staff were all kind.

We stayed with children. As our children is 8 and 11 years old, bed is a little high. it was a little dangerous for children.

Breakfast was a delight with fresh offerings and a daily pastry variety. The hotel boasts two stunning waterfalls with good accessibility and an inviting infinity pool. Big room and bed, Natura amenities, complimentary bottle of Lambrusco wine and a chocolate truffle. Friendly staff.

My recent stay at the Cassorova Hotel was a rollercoaster of emotions, contrasting sharply with my impeccable experience there from two years ago. Here’s a breakdown of my observations: Check-In Disappointment: Time: Check-in starts at 16:00, which is already later than I prefer. Issue: Upon arrival at the designated time, we were informed our room wasn’t ready. Expectation vs. Reality: A complimentary drink during our 50-minute wait would have been a considerate gesture, yet none was offered. Staffing Concerns: Observation: The staff were notably young, aged 18-20, and seemingly new to the job—one only a day in, another two months. Impact: Their friendly demeanor couldn’t compensate for the lack of experience and training. Absence of visible management was also noted. Culinary Ups and Downs: Positive: Breakfast was a delight with fresh offerings and a daily pastry variety. Negative: Lunch and dinner failed to match the standard—overpriced, underwhelming in quality and presentation. Dishes like dry rice, overcooked lamb without ‘gelei’, and a salad missing ‘amandelen’ fell short of menu promises. Noise Nuisance: Environment: Persistent noise from a nearby construction site and an outdated, loud lawnmower disrupted the tranquillity. Natural Beauty vs. Accessibility Issues: Pros: The hotel boasts two stunning waterfalls with good accessibility and an inviting infinity pool. Cons: Unfortunately, our last day was marred by restricted access to the Cassorova Waterfall due to firefighter training. Conclusion: The Cassorova Hotel, enveloped by nature’s charm and home to beautiful waterfalls, has the potential for greatness. However, the current state of affairs reflects a 3-star service at a 5-star price. While the visit was worthwhile, there’s ample room for improvement to align the experience with the cost.
