The staff is amazing. The chef Nermi and her associate Serbil made great food and were always helpful. Savaş Yıldız was of great help for our bookings for hot air balloon and horse riding tour. Overall great experience at the hotel.

Kahvaltısı çok lezzetliydi kahvaltı şefi Nermin Hanım çok yardımsever ve tatlı bir hanım. Kendisine ve Serpil Hanıma misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederim. Yalnız otelin wifi ı çok kötü hiç kullanamadım. Aile odası geceliği 220 Euro olan bir yere yakışmadı. Ayrıca ödeme ile ilgili bir problem ve karışıklık yaşandı. Ve ödeme eksik kaldı diye ertesi gün bana herhangi bir bilgi vermeden kartımdan eksik miktar çekilmeye çalışılmış. Eksik miktar gerçekten vardı ama böyle bir işlem yapmadan önce tekrar benimle görüşmeleri gerekirdi. Kartım onay vermeyince eksik miktar var diye bana söylendi.

Het was een geweldige hotel, alles was zoals we op de foto's had geziet .het was een net hotel de personeel waren ook lief een ontbijt van Chefkok Nermin was heerlijke een zijn keuken was heel schoon en netjes . We hebben geweldige tijd gehad.

Polite and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great view of Hot Air Balloons at sunrise from the rooftops. Reasonably priced for a Hotel in Goreme. Overall .. value for money!

The service was excellent and everyone was willing to help. the breakfast was amazing with good flavor and taste. all organic of course! they had a great terrace view of all the hot air balloons in the morning and throughout the day. location was great as it was set away a bit from the hustle and bustle of the city, which lead us to walk. activities were easily arranged with the office and was done even on a last minute schedule. walking was good for us as we needed to walk off the good food for better digestion. overall an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again!

In a very quiet location of Goreme. 10 minutes to the centre of town. Great staff Great selection of breakfast

This property’s best part is its chef. Narmeen. She was an awesome host and made us feel at home. Views from the terrace were also nice part and the front desk manager Furqan was polite and respectful. The property is definitely not 2 mins walk from open air museum. But it is walkable and market is 2-4 mins walk which is good as the market is center of Göreme. There were minor issues staying at property and front desk personnel was helpful. Some recommendations were also made to them hope they do better with future reservations.

Very nice place! Important to note- hotels.com map showed it in downtown Goreme, hotel was actually 10 min walk north of downtown. not a problem for us, but important to know when booking. staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. the room had a refrigerator and a safe, but neither worked. those would have been good to use.
