Fizemos o pagamento da acomodação no momento da chegada e em nenhum momento ficou claro que haveria taxa adicional pelo pet. E, no momento da saída foi informado que havia ainda a ser pago a taxa pelo pet. O fato de não ter sido esclarecido logo no momento do check in não causou uma boa impressão sobre o atendimento e o local.
