The staff is amazing. The location is perfect. Great breakfast!

The bathrooms need to be completely renewed. They already have the materials, so they will probably start very soon!

Was in such a perfect location and the staff were exceptional. Really made me and my partner feel like family during the entirety of our stay, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The shower was not hot and the windows did not close properly. Additionally, we had a problem with the lock on our door which resulted in us being locked in a couple of times. But wasn’t truly a problem, we still had a wonderful stay.

A little on the “used” side. Definitely older and equipment for AC was pretty weak, very modest facilities.

The location is perfect, so close to everything, and staff is willing to help, agreed to keep our luggage before check-in time, and helped prepared fruit and bread the night before due to early morning flight

The room itself is outdated, and the lights are too dim in the room, shower head is a bit blocked, so i've stayed at other guest houses in Bali, and this one is the worst, not as expected compare to the price i paid
