A localização, a garagem, a cama e o sofá cama. O apartamento é bom, com portas para guardar as coisas de viagem. O sofá também é bom e grande.

Pelo fato de haver somente ar condicionado somente no quarto, em dias quentes, deixa um pouco a desejar. Não é um problema absoluto, mas pode ser considerado pelo proprietário.

A localização é boa.

A limpeza é péssima! O chão sujo, banheiro sujo e sem papel higiênico, não teve suporte. No checkin não tinham liberado a entrada, mesmo chegando 3 horas após o início do checkin. Uma falta de comunicação interna absurda.

Apartamento bonito, mas não tinha lençol de cima e apenas uma coberta bem fina! Passei frio os dois dias que estive no apartamento. Além disso, não tinha fronha para todos os travesseiros e o sofá cama era ruim! Acredito que podem melhorar, pois a localização e a disposição do apartamento é bem boa.
