Villa was beautiful and pool was stunning! Looks exactly like the pictures, rooms were huge, clean and very comfy.

Check in after hours proved a little difficult as we couldn’t get hold of a staff member via calls or messages for some time and our driver dropped us off at the back of the property. The place was not sign posted and we ended up asking another bar where the place was and walking through the back streets to find it

Amazing villa, walking distance to shops, massage, food. Quiet and luxurious

Stayed here for two nights with my daughter. The villa itself is really nice and makes a good backdrop for pictures (although not my main focus).

It could have been cleaned better. I found a lot of black hair from the previous guests and the cushions and sofa have a lot of stains. The service was not good. If I pay such a great amount of money, I expect everything and also the service to be great. The welcome was friendly, but the second day they did not seem to understand what I was asking, went away without saying anything and I was just left hanging. It was very weird. In the end I had to use my phone to translate to balinese. I stayed in 6 different locations while in Bali and hospitality is everything everywhere (I’ve worked in restaurants too when I was in my early 20’s, so I know how important it is). Here they don’t really seem to understand the concept. I saw and heard the staff also a lot on their phones playing loud videos or having a phone conversation on speaker (when I was asking for new water, they did not end the phone call but left it on speaker and it was just really confusing). Would not go back here.

I love the layout and vibe of the property. It was absolutely stunning. The staff were so accommodating and lovely. We rented a bike from the villa and explored for a day. The villa was situated in an area with easy access to shops

It could have been cleaned better. The pool had bugs, leaves and dirt in it which made it a bit off putting to get in and the floor had stains and we saw bits of food that were left on the floor from previous owners. I loved staying here but if more attention was given to cleaning it before our arrival it would have made it so much nicer to stay

Amazing villa, staff were excellent, would highly recommend!

Villa itself was wonderful. It was exactly what you see online. The water filter in the villas was great,we could refill our water bottles and felt we were contributing using less plastic. Although we had a wonderful stay, we felt it was on the expensive side for what was included.. Staff were kind and helpful.

The bar fridge was small and would have loved to have been bigger, considering it was a villa there was no sink in the Kitchenette to rinse your plates, so we had to use the bathroom sink.

Beautiful villa . Amazing design and privacy. Location is great and staff were excellent.
