My stay at this 24/7 luxury hotel was outstanding. The service was exceptional, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff were always available and helpful. A truly comfortable and luxurious experience.”

Facility looks luxurious and well planned with an indoor pool and other facilities on site. A particular Staff (Angel), whose service recovery stood out for me after I had very poor initial service failure. Her professionalism is the one thing that makes me indifferent about the facility and may consider giving them another try soon. The manager or owner whom I had a chat with to share my experience also was receptive and I am sure my feedback will help them ensure consistent service to other visitors in the future.

Initial staff at check in gave me a room that had issues and that marred my experience the first night and got me very disappointed from start. While another staff, Angel, stepped up after several complaints to change my room to a better one, my dissatisfaction was already through the roof so I could not enjoy the experience much any more.

The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done. I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. After I cancelled it, food was still delivered to our room at 11 p.m. This reflects very poor communication within the hotel. I will never visit this hotel again. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Personal ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Alle wünsche werden erfüllt. Komme gerne wieder dort hin.
