1-الصور لا تعكس الواقع 2-الموقع بعيد ومدخله جدا ضيق ولا تصل السيارات إلى باب الفيلا أنا اخذت الفيلا A نهايه الممر. الممر متهالك…الاغراض الشناط ياخذها عامل في عربه متواضعه. 3-النظافة ليست بالشكل المقبول والخدمة ليست بالمستوى المأمول. 4- يوجد فتحات في الحمام الرئيسي ويدخل منها الحشرات والعناكب بشكل مستمر. 5- الإنارة في المسبح احدها محروقه والأرضية الخشبية أعيد تأهيلها بشكل سيء.. 6-السلامة منعدمه حيث ان بجانب المسبح حافة مطله على غابه بالاسفل بدون اي حواجز. 7-الوزغ داخل الغرف فوق السقف واتصلت على الاستقبال ولم يستطع عمل شيء. 8- القرود وقطه تقوم بزيارات متفرقة على منطقه المسبح والجلسات الخارجية خصوصا في الصباح. 9- الفطور متواضع وممل عندهم نحمدالله والأطباق ونظافة اغراض المطبخ غير نظيفه بشكل جيد. 10- لا يوجد خدمات بالقرب من الموقع سواء بقاله او مطاعم او كفي من الضروري تكون معاك سيارة للتنقل.

Nos fuimos una noche antes porque no podíamos quedarnos más en esas condiciones. La villa está en un estado de abandono total. Todo estaba muy sucio, lleno de bichos por toda la casa (cucarachas, hormigas, arañas, etc.) debido a una falta evidente de limpieza y mantenimiento. Las ventanas no cierran bien, dejan ranuras por donde entran los insectos, y además están oxidadas y rotas. El jacuzzi no funciona, el agua de la ducha sale marrón y turbia, el mobiliario está viejo y deteriorado, y todo el entorno da una sensación de inseguridad. Para colmo, el personal del hotel entró en nuestra villa sin avisar ni llamar, algo totalmente inaceptable. Aunque hablamos con el encargado y otros empleados, nadie dio solución a nada. Solo decían que “iban a revisarlo” pero no hacían nada. Está junto a una zona de obras, con ruido constante, y las vistas no son lo que prometen en las fotos. En resumen, no recomendamos este sitio bajo ningún concepto. No vale lo que cuesta y la experiencia fue muy desagradable.

Nothing good to say honestly! as the staff was very unprofessional and rude and smoke in front of the villas! They don’t care if you have an issue they ignore you! It was very unclean especially the swimming pool and the bathroom and shower. Kitchen was never used so signs of old material! The direct area of this hotel villas is very bad and unhealthy full with uncontrollable monkeys and there is a problem with this nature. Dangerous for health and attacks even the remote controller has monkey bites in it full of bacteria’s and the monkeys pee in the pool!
