- Clean modern rooms - Great shower - Near to Ross Castle and entrance to the national park - Good location to explore the Ring of Kerry and Dingle

- It felt like we were on a cruise ship - Lots and lots of old people, single demographic group - Pool felt like a municipal pool and you had to wear a hat (we chose not to go in) - Ballroom felt like a throwback to my childhood holidays in the 70’s - Breakfast was the same everyday and would have appreciated some variety as we stated 3 days

"Great hotel and facilities"

Great facilities. Plenty to do in the hotel with restaurant and bar options. Loads of parking. Entertainment and not far from places we wanted to view. Killarney is a great town for shopping and eating. Continental breakfast was huge and very tasty.

The room was very hot and paid extra for Mountain View, but this also included being right next to the main road, which was loud with window open (due to heat). Probably wouldn’t have bothered if I had known.

The room set up did not allow for air circulation. If you open the window/door at night the room is too light to sleep. The information on the shuttle was not up to date. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
