There was very loud music when we arrived late at night, but we called reception and they turned it down enough so we could get our rest.

Camera moderna pulita e abbastanza ampia, letti comodi, anche il 3 letto seppur un po corto. Un plus per presenza della SPA.

Cleanliness, comfortable bed

Only after booking you discover the spa is for extra fee, unfriendly staff at check-in, not helpful and knowledgeable when asking about our trip to poenari fortress, very limited choice for breakfast, no lactose free or vegan options, offering free dessert for positive reviews seems questionable
