"Neue, mittelprächtige, sehr von Autolärm umgebene Wohnung."

Die Wohnung war recht neu, gut gereinigt, hatte einen kleinen, sonnigen Balkon. Rudimentär waren Küchenartikel vorhanden. Einrichtung ganz ansprechend-chic. Sofa schön. Herd und Spüle ansprechend. Bad schön gestaltet, ebenerdige Dusche.

Die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr schlecht zu bedienen (Aufschäumen etc.). Schlechtes Spülmittel, nur wenige Tüten für Abfall, zu wenig Toilettenpapier, kein Küchen-Trockentuch. Nur eine kleine Pfanne, viel zu wenige Tassen und Gläser, Fazit: das Kochen von einfachen Mahlzeiten war sehr schwierig. Bei einem Platzregen lief das Wasser durch die Decke (Bohrung Lampe)auf den Boden durch, wir mussten Teller aufstellen zum Auffangen des Regenwassers. Extrem viel Lärm von aussen, da auf den 30-er-Zonen Straßen selbst von der Polizei mit mind. 70 km/h gefahren wird. Wohnung wird von 2 Straßen eingerahmt, z.Teil konnten wir selbst spät in der Nacht kaum schlafen.
