Marom Port Said Resort & Beach

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the management and staff of Marom Hotel Port Said for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service throughout my stay. A special thanks to the reception team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and continuous support. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every request. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort, which made my stay truly enjoyable. My gratitude goes to everyone working behind the scenes and all hotel staff whose dedication and hard work contributed to such a pleasant experience. Thank you all for making my stay memorable. I highly recommend Marom Hotel and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great location within Port Said, the whole resort is really nice - the room is well-equipped, clean and cozy. There is a very nice pool, and the beach is just minutes walking away. I think especially for families, this is a nice spot to spend some beach days and relax. Everyone who worked there was most welcoming and helpful regarding every request or question.

Choć personel się starał, to jednak KILKUKROTNIE musiałem tłumaczyć dlaczego powinni starać się bardziej i że nie wypada gości hotelu zostawiać z problemami: - niedziałającego telefonu (za każdym razem musiałem iść przez pół hotelu do recepcji, by o cokolwiek poprosić), - przeciekającego prysznica (naprawiano dwukrotnie - zalewało podłogę cały czas), - braku hasła do Wi-Fi w pokoju (jeśli zapomniałeś upomnieć się o nie w recepcji, to będziesz musiał tam wrócić), - nie wydanych kart basenowych, bez których nie otrzymasz ręczników. Kelnerzy w restauracji włoskiej mogliby zdecydowanie więcej uwagi poświęcać gościom niż własnym telefonom (po posiłku przez 20 minut nikt nawet nie podszedł zabrać naczyń).

You can write it like this: Very disappointing experience. The hotel staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the morning gate security staff and one of the ladies at the restaurant. Their attitude was unfriendly and disrespectful, which made the stay uncomfortable. Customer service seriously needs improvement.
