The price

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small, so good for overnight. There was a kitchenette with a 2 burner stove, a microwave, a fridge and a desk. The bathroom had a pedestal sink so our biggest issue was where to put our stuff. It was nice to be able to park in front of our room. We chose it because it was more affordable than the hotels in Carlsbad. (We didn’t use it but they also have laundry facility on site.)

Room was clean, generally in good condition. Access is easy and there’s plenty of room for parking. It would be good to have a light on the desk.

While the online pics and reviews made it seem better than average... Reality was a different story. Staff was pleasant enough but truly more of a "man camp" type set up. Wish I knew in advance for the price because I am sleeping in a Marriot Courtyard tonight, in a wonderfully comfortable king size bed with space to walk around and full size towels and lights that work for the same rate as LHF.

Price for product. I would have only paid $80-$85 per night if I had seen it in person first.

The space was too small for a couple. Perfect for one person who had an extended stay to use stove and refrigerator Also it could at least have a small night stand beside bed. It was clean and convenient to Carlsbad Caverns

Stayed here because of their location to the caverns.

When we got near the location I was a little nervous because the surrounding neighborhood appeared to be a bit “sketchy”. My concerns were all for nothing. It was a delightful place to stay. Thanks!
