Hice una reservación del 16 de octubre al 13 de noviembre y le dije en recepción que iba unos días al otro lado que volvía y cuál fue mi sorpresa alquilaron la habitación y mis cosas me dijeron que la robaron y después llamaron a mi hija que aparecieron de la nada y solo algunas cosas no todas y tuve que alquilar otro hotel.ademas está lleno de cucarachas,ratones lagartijas etc

Estuve hospedado por siete días y dos no tuve agua y uno sin luz por 24 horas y no daban solución, ni siquiera una respuesta al problema, necesitan mejorar mucho ya que tienen una ubicación excelente y es un lugar muy económico, me gustaría regresar ya que como alguien que viaja solo no necesita mucho, solo lo básico, pero si no pueden proveer eso pues no dan ganas de volver
