Hotel Colonial Blanco

A los 15 minutos de hacer check in, devolvimos la habitación. Animales de la calle en el hotel. Bañera y cortinas llena de hongos. Lugar nada de saludable e antihigiénico.

Huge disappointment, disgusting hotel.

There is nobody to help you with the luggage up to a 3rd floor and then when we got there the room was full of mold, we were unable to breath when asked to be moved to a different room we were told that there was not another room available and the guy at the reception tried to send us to another hotel outside the safe area (2 women by themselves). We ended up not staying and just loosing our money

Excelente ubicación, ideal para pasar una noche. Necesita mejorar limpieza en cocina y mejoras generales. Tiene a la par un excelente restaurante y en toda la zona hay variedad de restaurantes y tiendas de artesanías, un supermercado a dos cuadras. Zona segura.

Excellent location in the Colonial Zone. Friendly staff and we got a great nights sleep. Only negative was the shower did not work Nonetheless we enjoyed it.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The place is well located. Highly recommended

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Please take heed to the warnings posted by other travelers! Do NOT be fooled by the cheap price and pictures. The pictures are not of the property. My flight was severely delayed and I contacted the property to let them know I’d be in past check in and was assured my room would still be available. When I walked into the hotel the attendant was sleeping and was clearly upset I woke him up. He then proceeded to tell me they had no record of my booking and that they had no rooms available anyway. He then told me he’d contact his manager to get me another room but had no idea when the manager would respond since it was 4am. I had to drive around and find another hotel in the area at 4 something in the morning. The absolute worst experience. Please don’t bother booking.

I reserved for 6 days, We left on the third night. Air was not working, roaches everywhere. Power out more often. Staff was not helpful.

The only thing that I didn’t like from this hotel is that when the lights went off there was no plant to keep them from going off. That lead to my room being hot as an oven I was baking like a rotteseri chicken in there. Other than that the staff is very friendly and generous.
