Absolutely perfect location, everything was included, a very nice bright place.

We unfortunately didn't have a balcony, which wasn't this time a problem as we were only there for three nights. The other issue was the layout of the bedroom with the bed up against the wall.

Die wohnung ist gross genug. Gratis parken war glückssache, aber das parkhaus ist nicht so teuer. Mijas ist sehr schön.

Die couch ist zum Schlafen nicht so bequem und wir hatten einen polster und decke zu wenig. Eine nacht hat die frau die nebenan wohnt, so geschrien und geschimpft, dass war echt unheimlich.

Die Lage des Apartments in Mijas ist gut. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, auch ein Waschtrockner war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Thomas war gut, er war stets erreichbar.

Leider hat das Apartment schon seine besten Tagen hinter sich. Es gibt viele Einrichtungsgegestände die schon deutliche Abnutzung zeigen oder teils schon kaputt sind. Es waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht einmal Bettdecken vorbereitet. Diese durften wir uns dann selber mit löchriger und zerschlissener Bettwäsche beziehen. Das Queen-Size Bett bestand aus zwei billigen Einzelbetten die dauernd auseinander gedriftet sind. Unser größtes Problem war jedoch schwarzer Schimmel der sich unter den Fenstern und im Bad angesiedelt hat. Nach dem ich Thomas diesbezüglich informiert hatte, kam zwar eine Reinigungskraft, diese hat aber nur Oberflächlich den Schimmel weggewischt. Gerne würde ich noch mehr Bilder anhängen, es sind aber nur vier vorgesehen. Wir erwarten im Urlaub, vor allem in fremden Ländern keinen Luxus, allerdings ist Sauberkeit und Hygiene nicht verhandelbar.

The breakfast was quite average, but the room's location was good.

The evening before our arrival, the host informed us that he would send the room access code and other details on the morning of our check-in day. However, despite asking several times before our scheduled 3:00 PM arrival, we still hadn't received anything. Upon reaching the property, we were unable to get inside. We managed to track down the host, who suggested he might have left the key at a nearby bar. We went to the bar and obtained a code, but when we tried to use it at the room door, it didn't work. Moments later, someone emerged from inside the room—another guest who explained they had already been staying there for two weeks. This situation was incredibly awkward for us, and it was the first time we had ever encountered such an issue. We returned to the bar for assistance, but they explained they were merely helping out as a favor. We then tried to contact the host, Thomas, again; however, he repeatedly failed to answer our calls and did not reply to our emails. Finally, after nearly two hours of waiting, we received a response from him assigning us to a different room. It was a truly terrible check-in experience. The host treated his guests with such negligence—not only did he fail to greet us in person, but he also neglected to respond to our messages. We had already arrived at the property, yet we still hadn't received instructions on how to check in, and the host himself was nowhere to be found. We felt that the host demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism.

Location was excellent and very clean
