"The property is very charming, quiet area, clean, and great location near UNC."

Very cute and charming home. It was very comfortable and well stocked with all the basic necessities. The neighborhood is quiet and it is in a great location to walk around down town.

The property was a little hard to find because the driveway is between two houses and sits behind another home. We arrived after dark so had to circle around a little to find it. Other than that, its a great little house for the price and very clean and comfortable.
