Sunshine Lodge: Your home away from home

Will never EVER CONSIDER staying here again and I will never advise family or friends to come to this property. Poor communication, no cable no pool no remote for the TV. The television that they did have was broken doors open and shut all night by themselves or the wind. If you let them tell it you have to bring your own tissue. You have to bring your own Wi-Fi for Internet fire stick you had to bring your own trash bags, Netflix it was not up to par for anything other than having a roof over your head. They lie about having a swimming pool for the kids a lot about having premium cable channels. You only have Wi-Fi every other day if you’re lucky , it was a horrible experience. That is all I have to say anytime you needed something she would say I’ll have to tell the boss but will never get back with you with a response or a solution so pretty much you were on your own and I wasn’t able to get in the house until after 6 PM and check in time was at three

Location was good,area was peaceful

We arrived and there was no water, seems the staff didn't went and pre check prior to us arriving, sheets were very dusty,there were dead bugs on the beds, dishes in the kitchen had cob webs,place had a little funk,like it wasn't aired, and knowing the fact that we had no water for 24 ¹hours,we were offered no form of compensation and the host didn't call to check on,how we were making out, someone came to check on the pipes and we were surprised to the visit,no heads up to say someone was coming,communication is very poor,and the place is a bit aged,needs some repairs all over,the mats in the bathrooms are horrible, even the cushions in the couches are extremely dirty and needs washing, some strong cleaning is needed ,I definitely wouldn't recommend ,staff didn't seem to have much knowledge of the place because every question that was asked the answer was I don't know,we had to figure on our own, very unpleasant ,even the iron is black and needs to be cleaned or changed

The view was great and didnt have to worry about ac going off in middle of my sleep⁷

Wifi was a bit difficult no washer or dryer and a bigger pot foe cooking 637-5836

The host provided us with some local fruits for a complementary breakfast and they were delicious. the location of the house, the view etc.

The house is in a good condition and the location is good as well. So We enjoyed it. Unfortunately on the first day the gas Stove did not light up, Very next day the host sent a handyman to fix it. That is the only problem we had. Otherwise all went good. Please note the road to the property from the main road is not paved / not an asphalt / with lot of bumps . Have to be careful when driving especially in the dark ( narrow road) without proper street lights. Need to have proper cars with good tires.

It was off the beaten path. Great place to meditate or for a retreat.

I had a crawling visitor and it unsettling because I'm afraid of lizards.

Very quiet an peaceful an host provide stuff for us to make breakfast

The house didn't have AC and the TV didn't work it didn't have a coffee maker one of the kitchen chairs was broken didn't know it when to seat down in it fell my ass on the floor and told the host MJ about she didn't call me back to see if I was OK she suck as a host the place was not as they described it I had to walk down the mountain to get a ride cause cabs didn't go up there have to get a rental car for I can get around this place was horrible never stayed there again

MJ was awesome and my Driver is a friend for life. ❤️❤️❤️
