"何から何まで最高のホテルでした！"

ホテルはとても綺麗で、GWで満室なのに受付やお風呂等も混み合ってなくて何よりもスタッフの方の対応が皆素晴らしかったです。 また、忘れ物をしてしまい着払いで送ってもらおうと思っていましたが、ホテル負担で送ってくれるとの事でとても感謝しています。 本当に最高のホテルでした！

全てが最高だったので、あえてあげるなら食事なしプランで予約していて後から食事を追加したかったけど、空きがなくてホテルのバイキングが食べられなかった事が残念でした。

気兼ねなく用を足せる部屋のトイレの位置 大浴場 食事バイキング良かった

部屋の段差 化粧をする時の洗面台の暗さ バイキングの時、スタッフが食べる端から食器をひいた 混んでないのに、急かされる感じがした 部屋のお風呂に入る時、下から見えない工夫がわからなかった

"Absolutely excellent hotel, onsen and staff"

Great free nibbles and drinks on arrival. Onsen was excellent and extra touches like free ice creams and ice blocks and drinks after bathing. The best hotel we stayed in in Japan - the other really good one was also a Grandvrio at Miyajima
