The Room was a very good size.

Although I got a room upgrade there were a lot of stairs and no lift The AC was old and not very cool. The TV was tiny and didnt work. There were ants in the room. I was told there was room service but there was no phone to call reception. There was not enough bottled water in the room. The orange juice at breakfast was not fresh juice but sweet cordial. The coffee was poor quality.. The staff standard of English was poor. The location is far from town

The staff were truly wonderful. They were so helpful and super kind. So much more than just friendly. They really went above and beyond and created an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. Truly special. Our room was spotless, our private pool and garden gorgeous and very well maintained. Don and her team organized a wonderful driver and amazing tour guide for Ankor Wat and also organized a fair-priced taxi back to Phnom Penh. What a fabulous stay it was!

The location was a 25-minute walk from the busy center (which you could argue is a good thing)

The staff was very nice. The bar, swimming pool and rooms were very good. As well the service while leaving: they preparered a meal early for us. And everything looks so nice, clean and stylish.

The restaurants are best in the center and than you have to take the tuk tuk.

Quiet place but not far city. Very beautiful hotel, nice pool, clean and big room. The breakfast is diversity and delicious . The staffs are super nice and helpful

Such a beautiful boutique hotel that’s incredibly clean and the staff are amazing! Highly, highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again! The breakfast was so delicious and the restaurant had such great food! An absolute gem of a place!
