Die Unterkunft hatte kein Waschbecken im Zimmer. 4 Zimmer mussten sich ein Bad inkl. Toilette teilen. Die Möbel waren abgewohnt. Die Ausstattung war veraltet. Es erschien uns nicht sauber - wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt. Zu teuer für die Leistung. Die Lage war auch abseits

Positives: The driving instructions were excellent and we had no trouble finding the location. Once inside, the space was clean and the shared areas matched the photos. Bedrooms have individual lockboxes, which was appreciated. We had a room to accommodate 3 and it was clean and met basic needs. The host also responded to messages via Booking.com within reasonable time (but not necessarily with hospitality or concern).

Concerns: I booked this because of the positive overall rating - but I had a strange experience that did not meet any expectations. The listing on Booking.com gave the impression that we were booking a private space with a private hot tub for three people, but it turned out to be a shared house with four bedrooms, one shared bathroom, and common kitchen/living areas. To be clear, I don’t believe the hosts were intentionally misleading—perhaps it’s how the listing was worded or presented on the platform—but it was not what I expected. I was sent a room and lockbox number, which I assumed would be accessible from outside. There was no signage indicating that guests should simply enter the (unlocked) house and find their assigned room inside. Since I wasn’t expecting a shared setup, this was confusing and we roamed around the property trying to figure out where to go. The lack of a lock or key code on the front door was especially concerning—anyone could enter at any time, and the only secure space was the individual bedroom. As a mom traveling alone with two kids, I felt very uneasy, especially with no staff onsite and other guests arriving unannounced. We ended up sharing the space with one other man who was polite enough, but being alone with my children in a somewhat remote area—with no greeting, no on-site staff, and no coded entry—left me on edge. It was just us and a male stranger, which didn’t feel safe or appropriate given how the listing was presented. The outdoor area was unkempt, with overflowing trash bins, a defunct playground, and a separate building with cracked windows and a key left in the door (which we mistakenly entered, thinking it was ours). The hot tub had multiple warnings (“check pH,” “check filter”), only one jet worked, and it never reached the advertised temperature. I was told to just turn the jets on - this doesn’t fix the pH or the filter needs.

Es una casa perfecta para ir a dormir, en las montañas, con una sala y cocina espaciosa. La habitación afortunadamente estaba limpia porque el resto de la casa no lo estaba. Sugiero que pongan una caneca en el baño que funcione.
