Location, quiet

Heat/cooling systems were locked. The temp was 40 degrees & the system was set on air conditioning at 60 degrees. It took 3 days for the owners to unlock the system so we weren’t wrapped in blankets! Furniture was uncomfortable. Dishes were dirty & had to be washed before use. There were no instructions for tvs; all tvs & remotes are different. Instructions would have really helped.
