Although good size rooms available we assigned a small room

Breakfast was good

The staff eventually allowed me to check out immediately with a partial refund.

Bathroom was very old and there were exposed wires near the heater. Overall the room was rather dirty, old and dilapidated. The flooring was old tiles. The lobby was dark and smelly.There was a connecting door at the back, which someone tried to open from the outside, causing fear and anxiety to my wife and children. When I asked to check out, the reception staff tried to show me another room, which had a tenant at the time, with much better furnishing and flooring. I insisted on checking out and moved to another nearby hotel, The Lalit, which was much better. Overall felt rather unsafe and unpleasant. Would avoid this hotel in future.
