The only down side I would say is that is was awfully warm upstairs even with the ceiling fans. I don’t like to mess with peoples thermostat settings, but I did turn it down a bit. Sadly it didn’t help. Not sure if I just didn’t turn it down enough or what, but I definitely woke up sweating at one point. It’s just a slightly older townhome, so it probably could use ‘zone’ type A/C settings to help. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. I grew up in the south, so I can handle the heat, but if you’re a ‘hot’ sleeper….you may want to pick up an extra fan to have blowing directly on you.

"Wonderful place for our bigger family!"

Location was fantastic, next to the pool and short walk to the beach, as well as quick drive to stores, restaurants, and sights. Smaller but nicely arranged with some thoughtful touches and useful extras. Not necessarily all new/modern, but quite comfortable and clean.

Small extras would be nice - a handful of spices in the kitchen, a couple potholders and dishrags, maybe a couple trash bags and some laundry soap, etc.
