Mybanlao Hotel

This hotel is beautiful, I couldn't find any fault, only the coffee was not to our taste. Breakfast was plentiful with reasonable amount of choices. The staff are attentive and friendly. We had courtyard king room, it was very spacious modern room, clean and well thought out design. We loved our room. The pool was cool and again beautiful design with comfy lounges. They have a large pond with turtles, fish and water lily's. They are a little far from town, but that doesn't matter because they have electric cars to drop and pick you up in. We would definitely come back to this hotel it was one of our favourites.

Amazing stay at the My Ban Lao. The staff is very kind, helpful, and friendly. Great service all around. The rooms are nice and it has a gorgeous courtyard. The food is also great. They have a western and authentic Lao menu.

Beautiful hotel and immaculately presented garden ,pool area and spa , complimentary chauffeur service in electric cars to and from town ,great management doing their best to ensure an enjoyable stay

It is a beautiful hotel with large rooms. However we feel the service of the hotel could be improved: 1) the wifi password on the keycard was wrong and there is no phone in the room to call you need to walk to the front desk to check. 2) the staff did not tell us mini-bar is free, shuttle to town is provided upon check-in. we had to find out about these things by ourselves (strangely) 3) cleaning staff left some dirty cloth in our room for 2 days.. 4) breakfast table was not properly cleaned and the staff just used a piece of tissue paper to wipe it quickly when I pointed it out. 5) if you take the car to go to alms-giving, they will bring you to a location outside night market at 5am (not the best location), and it starts only at around 6.20am. It is again so strange.. I feel hotel staff lacks good training. Certain small things that are important to customer experience, are missing in the hotel although the hotel is very pretty. I just did not have a super pleasant experience although I was staying in a beautiful hotel.

Everything is perfect including decoration, staffs, cleanliness and service. Located in peaceful area.

A truly wonderful accommodation at Mybanlao: the facilities are clean, the decor is beautiful, and our rooms were more than satisfactory… if only the pool water were a little warmer when we visited at the end of November. The staff was extremely helpful from greeting us every day to assisting us in booking transport and excursions. They also have a complimentary vehicle service into town which was extremely helpful. Don’t miss out on the spa services offered here either! My group felt tight from our travels and the spa staff did an excellent job of getting all of our kinks worked out. We felt spoiled at Mybanlao as it was truly a wonderful experience. The turtle sanctuary was also a nice touch! Thank you so much for ensuring our stay was perfect. 10/5 stars!

Need more vegetarian dishes in menu. Also restaurant food prices quite high compared to Laos They were similar to USA Boston prices

Beautiful property in a good location. The hotel shuttle into the town was super helpful and convenient even though it was only a 15 minute walk in. The hotel staff are incredible - very friendly and always willing to help. Facilities were very good. Only thing about my room was that it did not have any natural light and was probably one of the few rooms to not have a good view. While the room i was in was beautiful and spacious, i did regret not asking to move rooms as i would have loved to be able to get a lot more natural light into the room in the morning. Would definitely recommend the hotel despite this. Also would be helpful if the hotel had a map available. In any case, i would highly recommend and would happily return.
