The staff were very helpful, especially Moh.

The facility itself. No toiletries were provided, and the toilet seat was damaged. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke because the guest next door was smoking inside, and the poor ventilation caused the smell to enter our room. We’re thankful to Moh for promptly relocating that guest. We also initially thought the hotel was very close to the Petra Visitor Centre, as mentioned in some reviews, but it actually took us over 15 minutes to walk there.

Property is extremely old and out dated. They had split wires with exposed ends they ran from the tv into the electrical outlet and then covered the outlet with tape. Beds were old and the one we had was broken and sunk in. Hotel does not provide any type of services. Cleaning until you leave
