Treebo Winsome Resort with Swimming Pool

Staff was quick to respond to our request to change the room.

Rooms were stinking with a pungent smell, probably due to sewer blockage. The rooms weren't clean either. The hotel tried to suppress the smell through the room purifier but the mixture was deadly. My son caught an infection after spending a couple of hours in the hotel. Food was below average at best.

the rooms are very small unlike the pictures. there was confusion with the booking. The management asked to checkout just 15 minutes after checking in saying your booking is cancelled even when my book. they had overbooked. the staff was cooperative though and polite
