Treebo Winsome Resort with Swimming Pool

Nothing- over sold and over priced.

Dirty, smelly bathroom in need of a full deep clean. Swimming pool was green. Restaurant area looked dirty (having looked we decided not to bother with our pre paid breakfast). Decorating a guest staircase meant paint dust and flakes were everywhere. Whilst it is a banquet hotel guests should not be subjected to the remnants of the previous nights buffet still on full show, along with litter at 0830 in the morning.

We chose this property because of its location to the cricket ground and the price for a 7.5 rated hotel. However we think it was highly overrated on Booking.com

The rooms were dirty. The venue was used mainly for weddings during our stay but the area we walked through to get to reception wasn’t cleaned by the morning and so there was food littered all over the floor … disgusting. Our bedroom had two vents which seemed to lead directly into 2 adjacent bathrooms so we heard all visits clearly as we lay in bed. The hotel did not accept international payment cards.

Exterior decor

The poor aminities. Mold in the toilet. Poor reception. Flat basic breakfast. Accessibility of entrance.

Good property specially for the people who doesn’t have any work in the city.

Away from the main city, complimentary breakfast needs improvements.
