While booking i made sure there are 8 adults and 2 children, and it was clearly mentioned that the child stays for free, inspite of that the hotel charged me 1400 for two beds, and while discussing the issue with bookings.com team they said they will provide me with the refund, and I've called multiple times but they haven't been responding well and the hotel also isn't cooperating, i am stuck now

The tariff perfectly suites the budget Traveller.The rooms were neat and clean with all basic amenities. The manager ( kishor) is very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend my experience to anyone

The ac was not very effective

Check in was smooth.

Unprofessional staff. Ac was not working. No tea supplie was placed. Asked for tea supply in evening at 07pm, but got at 10:30 in night. Asked for plates n fork but they refused arrogantly. Need to train night staff. Room was unhygienic. There was no towel. For everything you have to call staff. Spoty n dirty bed linen. Lights was hanging. Staff need to be trained. Atleast basis manner of talking. Pathetic service n staff.
