"Exceptional"

Unbeatable location. We stayed one night on our way to Tokyo. The room was on the 10th floor with a view of the mountains and train station. The rooms and public bath facility, which included a dry sauna, were very clean. Breakfast was good, just a little crowded, and felt a little rushed since a timeline is assigned during check-in.

It wasn't anything worth mentioning. I would definitely come back again.

Hotel at the station with supermarket and shopping center. Very clean with public bath.

Car should park in Times car park. Go to the fifth floor, where the Hotel entrance situated. Should state clearly in the website of hotel description.

駅からすぐでショッピングセンターの上で便利。部屋がきれい。朝食が美味しい。

ツイン朝食付で予約し、チェックイン時にもらった朝食券を提示したのに、朝食会場で１名分朝食が付いてないと言われました。結局フロントのミスでした。設定を間違えるくらいなら朝食券とカードキーで二重に確認しなくても良いのではないでしょうか。朝食は美味しかったのに不愉快な思いをしました。チェックイン手続はミスなくやっていただきたい。
