Elvira City Apartment

To be honest, we really enjoyed every part of the Elvira City Apartment. The greatest part was the contact with apartment owners. They were helpful in every single problem, i.e. they helped us organisning the airport shuttle, and recommended numerous places around the apartment. I would truly recommend this place. Additionally, it is great for a group of friends/family, as the apartment has two separated bedrooms and the living room with sofa to sleep on.

Apartment looks a little bit bigger on the photos. However, it is still spacious. I can't complain about anything else.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and cozy - perfect for two friends, a couple with one child, or partners who prefer to sleep in separate beds. Almost everything we needed - from cafes to supermarkets to chemists - was within walking distance (mostly all within 10-15 mins walk). We really enjoyed walking to the harbour and back each night for dinner. The staff are highly responsive, polite, and helpful. If we ever visit Chania again, we would be very happy to stay here if the apartment were available.

There is no street parking or anywhere for taxis to pull up directly outside the apartment - they usually go around the corner. This was not really something we didn't like, but rather something for guests to be mindful of so you don't hold up traffic for too long. Plus, if you're hiring a car, there are paid parking establishments at the doorstep.

The host was very nice, even gate us tips where to park the car for free. The place is very spacious and just 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian streets of Chania, There is a nice greet restaurant 5 minutes walk of the property.

The location is a walking distance from the old centre. The place is new and clean.

The living room and the kitchen table are close to each other in a very little space inside the living room. The apartment was cold compared to other apartments, but we used the air-condition to heat the place.

Property location, timely response from staff, cleanliness and comfort. Super market nearby and central location of the apartment. walkable to city center. I specially liked the response and the assistance from the property staff. They are generous and friendly. would love to stay here again.

The apartment is really amazing, very nicely furnished and very clean. The location is pretty good, in a quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped. The owners will send messages frequently and communicate well (sometimes a little too much perhaps)

Very good location in the center, the old part of the city, as well as bus station and shops were nearby. The apartment is clean and very comfortable, everything you may need is there.

A little noisy outside

The apartment was very very clean, it had functioning air conditioning in every room and was only 7 min by foot away from the city center. The beds were very comfortable as well as the couch. They provided extra towels besides the ones that already come with the room. The communication with the host was very easy, he/she answered very quickly. It had 2 very tiny balconies: good for hanging up your beach towels to dry but too small to eat there. There was also a tiny "backyard balcony" but we never used it because there were always too many mosquitos due to the trees. I don't think you should stay there with more than 3 people, because the apartment is very tiny. But the most important parts were there - cleanliness and comfortable beds - safety - AC

If you plan on cooking by yourself it can get a bit complicated - i think the kitchen would need a few more kitchen utensils to be able to cook properly. A few other cons were the fact that there was no toilet paper other than the first roll (in my opinion there could have been at least one other roll provided by the owner); there were no extra garbage bags

Cleanliness, location, self check in, host responsiveness, facilities, quality of interior, two seperate bedrooms, terrace.

Bathroom door has a gap around it so all sounds happening in there will be heard around the flat. ;)
