It is right on top of the train station Nihon-Odori and close to Yamashita Park. The room is big and there is a mini kitchen that I didn't use. The view from the room was great. I saw Mt. Fuji from my room one day.

The room was a bit warm and the air conditioner was hard to adjust to bring in some cooler air. Thus, I had a bit of trouble sleeping.

The check in process was easy, the waiting lounge was comfortable and convenient. The coffee amazing. I tall very handsome staff member on the desk helped me solve an issue with my luggage that was from a previous stay in tokyo not this hotel. He was able to organise the company to send my bag to a location close to my next hotel in Asakusa. Omg I was so happy!! He literally made my whole holiday in Japan the best ever. We came of a cruise and this hotel was highly recommended. The shared space and gym was a perfect area to relax and share a meal. I will definitely come back and hopefully see him again..

I didn't like that I forgot his name and that I didn't give him a gift.
