When I arrived to the property, I entered the code and opened the door. I found luggages , money , shoes etc. Someone else was staying in that apartment. I called a number that was given, but no one answered. I waited around half hour for the people staying to arrive. There was no power in the other apartment so the person in charge decided to give them my apartment. I had to go back home which was about 2 hours and a half . This was at 1:40 am. Imagine the time I arrive home around 4am. My friends and I were at a concert so we reserved the apt because we knew it was dangerous to ride back home late. I was furious! Someone after two hours called me , by then I had already arrive home. He was responding to all the calls and messages I left him. His name is Randall. He is in charge of the stay in PR. I asked for my fulllllllll refund and I received it a week later. Randall was a very nice person. He apologized and gave me the money back.

It provided enough rooms for the family

There are aesthetic repairs that are needed Ants crawling in the rooms Bathroom shower pressure was a hit or miss

It was in a great location, with many affordable food options, near the beach. Getting an uber in the area was always easy as well. In constant communication with the host and he was always available to answer any questions.

Out of the 3 bedrooms only 1 had mirrors which in turn occupied the bathroom/ the main bedroom. Please add more mirrors to the other rooms, my only feedback.
