No balcony/outside seating area for this apartment.

Clean and very comfortable apartment. 2 bedrooms, nice living room and very well equipped kitchen. It has a large bathroom with all the necessities in there. Towels and bedsheets were changed once during our 1 week stay and the apartment was also cleaned. There were also supplies in the kitchen like olive oil, sugar, spices, pasta. Same in the bathroom you can find at hand still valid hygiene products recycled from others staying there before. ( We were missing the hairdryer but we got a brand new one early in the morning the next day). The apartment has 2 TVs, 3 air-conditioning, one in each room. You also can find a good book to read. The location is just great, above their own local products shop, very close to a nice beach with fine sand and children appropriate sea water. Also you can find around many taverns and restaurants with great meals and quite affordable. It is also close to small supermarkets very well supplied. At walking distance you have nice objectives: a small church at the end of a stone deck into the sea, miniature constructions location, a river that goes into the sea. Georgeopoulis is also great for its location: close to Kourna lake, Chania, Rethimno and easy access by car to the great beaches of Crete like Preveli, Elafonissi. Also it was not difficult at all to find a parking slot nearby at any time of the day. We, a family with 2 kids ( 10 and 13), found the apartment the best solution for us.

Some mosquitos at the entry, but with a quick move you can avoid letting them in. Otherwise windows have nets and you're protected. At the beginning we had the feeling of being more industrial because of the grey painting on the walls but it is new, clean, comfortable and has all necessities at hand. A lots of lights to adapt per your need. It has no garden but you can find a garden with shades and a swimming pool and sun beds to rent on shore at 100 m distance.
