The outside is an attractive and the grounds are pretty. Staff were friendly.

It is a work in progress. There a lot of things to sort out to justify the price. It’s not finished yet and there was drilling going on. The credit card machine was not working and thus seems to have been a problem for a while. Be prepared to pay in cash. ☹️ The restaurant staff barely spoke English so could not tell me what the dishes were. No furniture on balcony to sit on. No spare toilet roll in bathroom. Shower unusable as it had not been attached properly. No hot water. Room service did not collect my used cups etc for the duration of my stay. In its context this is expensive. If they want to attract international travellers they need to improve.

The hotel is newly built and is tastefully decorated. The room layout, size and decor were also very good. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They have a well-stocked games room and swimming pool.

A few more options on the food menu would have been ideal. The rates were slightly higher than expected, for a place like Kumbhalgarh.

good hygienic breakfast, however some items could be improved! some sweet items like muffins, pastries could have been included. sugar free options in beverages should be there. staff was less during breakfast and hence basic amenities like serving of drinking water was delayed.

payment by credit card was not available, but we were informed that it is under process.

Horrible Wifi. English level of the personnel. Being told dinner starts at 19.30, but they just so start preparing the buffet at that time.

Even there is information on booking.com that they accept credit card. When we arrived there they exclaim they had not credit card machine. So I raited 8 in stead 10

The property is new, only a few months old. Both the exteriors and interiors are pleasing. The staff is courteous and helpful. The views from our room were beautiful. It’s a pet place, quite photogenic!

It needs polish; Being new, there are things that need finishing, like the room service menu, the recreation area, travel information brochures, and, most importantly, credit card machine.

Location and facilities were super nice with very helpful staff. Food was a bonus with superb breakfast option. Room was super clean with top notch appliances. Most of the tourist spot were near to this place.

Everything was good except they have very less indoor game facility like pool table or table tennis. And also swimming pool are not heated which is one of the drawback for this place as during winter water is super cold and it impossible to swim there.
