The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready to assist, whether it was organizing activities or recommending great restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the option to have breakfast in the room.
A few amenities were missing in the bathroom, which would have been appreciated for added comfort.

We had a great stay at Sands Hotel! The staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everything we needed was available, and the room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for both my wife and me. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and close to the old souk, which was perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel also offers underground parking, which was a big plus. Breakfast was rich and very tasty, with a variety of fresh options to choose from. A special thank you to Mr. Dany, who was extremely helpful and made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely return!
It would have been more convenient if the room had a refrigerator.

Good location, walking distance from the beach and the center/citadel. Also easy to grab the vans/buses to beirut or tripoli (150k one way pp). Breathtaking view from the rooftop where the breakfast in served. The owner/manager is a very nice man

Our room was upgraded without us asking. Amazing sea view. The room cleanliness, service, and staff were exceptional. We were always greeted with a smile.

The breakfast was great, freshly prepared and served in the room. Everyone in the hotel hotel was super friendly+helpful. I loved the location - short walk to the sandy beach and the souk is also in a walking distance. I will happily come back next time.
