"Could have been better!"

The staffs were very helpful specially Mr. Prem Dutt.

The property is located at a very very high elevation and this was not mentioned anywhere while booking. People with AMS history may face issues. We faced a medical emergency and the hotel wasn’t well equipped to handle it. They did try their best but they were not well equipped.

I liked the location and the pool as well as the facilities for the kids.

I did not like the buffet breakfast... Very limited options.... As well as there wasn't a proper bar in the entire hotel
