I had a wonderful stay at Cozy Stays Kigali. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming.

I like that the facility manager was helpful and nice, she helped us navigate the town and places to visit and was able to help whenever we called , the in-house guy was also helpful, only had issue trying to communicate in English to him

rien que le fait que établissement ne puisse pas offrir le dîner.

Pięknie urządzony dom na przedmieściach Kigali, bardzo miła obsługa - w szczególności Pan zajmujący się nieruchomością.

Niestety podczas naszego pobytu nie działa internet (jest to kluczowe przy organizowaniu podróży). Wróciliśmy do obiektu po 3 dniach i w dalszym ciągu nie było dostępnej sieci. W pochmurne dni jedynie zimna woda w kranie.

Beautiful space in a quiet neighborhood. Valence, Maurice and Eva were extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely would return 🙂
