Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Lucca,Parkplatz ist passend vor der Haustür direkt auf den Grundstück, es war ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden

Great location. Easy access

La ubicación en una zona horrorosa y compartiendo con una propiedad privada. Escaleras estrechas para subir con una maleta de 20 kg y la ducha totalmente desconchada

There was plenty of room, the room had everything I needed and was cleaned during the day while I was out which was great. The shower was fantastic and they supplied shampoo and shower gel aswell as fresh, clean towels. Additionally I had breakfast included and I had more than enough food 2 baskets worth of things and fresh milk, juice and water in the fridge which was super handy.

What I would say is if you haven’t got a car while you’re staying here the location is inconvenient. When I was getting from the train station to the property I had to get a bus and then walk 15-20 minutes on a main road with no pavement- which as a female solo traveller with a huge backpack- wasn’t exactly ideal. Additionally it’s a short drive from the lucca centre but a much longer walk. Furthermore, bus services aren’t great in the area and taxis don’t accept any journeys from the property unless you pay an obscene amount. A 9 minute drive from the edge of the lucca centre to the property cost me £26 and when trying to get a taxi/ uber to the station on the morning of my leave after 30 minute wait for someone to accept my request there was still nothing and I had to instead get 2 buses into town and change my train. While this isn’t a big issue and this is at no fault of the property whatsoever and my stay was great, I just think it should be made aware to those booking as it’s not within the walls of lucca and therefore eventhough 2km isn’t far from the centre, links are limited. Additionally the breakfast was great but it would’ve been nice to have some healthier options, 95% of the breakfast items were processed and chocolate which is great but maybe some fruit? :)
