Pulizia, arredamento, praticità di accesso anche con l'automobile. Ottimo servizio, rifornimento quotidiano di caffè e tè, apprezzata la disponibilità del bollitore e macchina di caffè. Buona posizione, anche se periferica. Facile raggiungere il centro con il bus (parcheggiando senza problemi vicino alla fermata (ca. 1,5 km dall'alta).

Carenzaa di spazi adeguati per riporre gli indumenti.

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad. 3 nachten. Fijn ruim verblijf, prettige keuken , goed stevig bed, alles was netjes en schoon. De ligging was perfect, vlak bij de tolweg en op mooie loopafstand van Lucca.

La camera, come l'intera struttura,ha un comodissimo sistema di apertura a codice..quindi zero pensieri per le chiavi. Luminosissima e arredata con gusto. Ogni singolo giorno gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati e le capsule del caffè puntualmente rifornite.I saponi dispenser sono di ottima qualità. La posizione è tranquillissima e vicina al centro storico. Superconsigliato!!

Pulizia ok,ma camera molto rumorosa ,bagno senza riscaldamento e visto il week end di pioggia era impossibile fare la doccia ,il clima delle camere nn può scaldare il bagno ,per nn parlare della colazione ,biscotti e brioches confezionati meglio fare solo il pernottamento vista la comodità al centro e alle pasticcerie
