Amazing staff and great service. Wonderful room amidst lush greenery. Value for money overall. The staff went out of their way to make my stay a wonderful one. They accommodated a number of my personal requests thus making my stay a truly memorable one.

Nothing of significance. The fan in the room had a 'white' noise but it wasn't too much of a bother after a while.

Nagyon kedves, mosolygós személyzet, mint egyébként mindenhol itt Balin. Gyönyörű, tiszta, jól felszerelt resort. A medence is nagyon jó. Ingyenes transzfer, yoga óra, megfizethető masszázs. Az étterem is nagyon jó, a reggeli kifejezetten finom, gyönyörűen tálalt és bőséges.

Gorgeous property, we absolutely loved our stay here. The villas are beautiful but it was the garden and pool area that really blew our mind, it's so peaceful, lush an stylish. The breakfast options were great and we also really enjoyed the other meals we had at the restaurant. The staff is super friendly and always happy to help. 100% recommend.

Breakfast was included and they provided floating for no extra charge. The whole place was very peaceful. The wooden buildings were all individual and they were clean. The gardens added a touch of the jungle feel but facilities were complete with a lovely restaurant by the very clean pool with a good outlook. We all enjoyed our stay very much.
