"Not worth the money"

The property was advertised as a modern 2 bed home. This was in the middle of a large estate in Leeds with high rise flats and clearly not a great area. The property it’s self was far from modern. And wasn’t well maintained. The garden was over run. Cob webs throughout the property and the shower hadn’t been cleaned. This was not worth the money we payed. We were really disappointed.

Not a lot

Filthy and untidy outside, cobwebs inside no heating, and it was freezing, no hot water, glasses left in the sink. Turned the tap on to fill kettle and couldn't turn it off boiled kettle leaked everywhere. Messaged wonder who did not reply.. also, it is not a 10-minute walk to the arena
