"Room was dirty, food was ok, male staffs were ok…female staffs were rude"

Receptionist male was ok….female staff was rude though

I asked them to arrange a cab for me…the cab driver didn’t switched on the a.c even when the temperature was high in Haridwar then….also the cab driver went away with keys so that I would not be able to use the a.c
