"Run down property, not luxurious as described, don’t waste your money."

The garden

The fact it was described as luxury yet is incredibly run down. The blinds were broken, glass in the windows blown, dishwasher and fridge have issues with broken shelves. Bathroom paint peeling away. Air hockey table didn’t work. We were allowed to book as a group then got told on the day that we couldn’t have anyone arrive after 8pm because it scares the neighbours. Then when there were 4 people in the hot tub talking we got a text to ask us to move inside because sound travels and the neighbours had complained. There was no music on, literally 4 people chatting. Just completely ruined the stay. Don’t allow groups to book or specify before you take over 2k that “it’s a house of peace not party”. For what we paid, seriously disappointed with what we got. Would not recommend at all.
