What we liked best was the extremely helpful staff! They were very nice and responsive to all our queries and requests, and even arranged our airport transfers for us and helped us with storing our luggage on our first and last days. The property itself was also comfortable with everything we needed during our stay, and was exactly as shown in the photos, so nothing to complain about. Check-in arrangements were also smooth. While making the reservation, I noted that some commentators complained about the location and the uphill walk but we did not mind that. Moreover, Siena is a very hilly city anyway, if you want to explore the city and do sightseeing you cannot possibly escape walking uphill several times during the day, no matter where you stay in Siena...so do not let such comments put you off.

Estaba muy cerca del centro pero recomiendo llevar calzado cómodo es una subida fuerte, me gustó que tenía aire en cada habitación y lavadora que me fue muy útil

Pedí mas café porque nos quedamos 3 días y las cápsulas que nos dejaron no fueron suficientes, me dijeron simplemente que no y las almohadas eran realmente muy incómodas , duras y planas

Lovely spacious apartment, loved all the pictures on the wall and quaint little courtyard.

The hill up to the street was very steep. Was a little tricky to find, using google maps but found it in the end.

Location was great

Lovely space.

A few more kitchen essentials would be nice (salt,oil, pepper).
