All amenities that we needed

The sofa wasn’t very comfortable … but ok for short stay

Location, kind staff and cleanliness. The facilities were in a good condition. I loved the aesthetics of the room

The shower room was too small but maybe not their fault

Great location, just enough out of the busy tourist area to be quiet, yet close enough to walk to everything. Spacious kichen and bedroom, nice little terrace off the back. Management was very responsive when we reported a light fixture wasn't working.

Shower is quite small and has no place to put the soap, etc. Kitchen could use a few more things like a spatula, paper towels, and a bigger drying rack for clothes.

The location is very central. Everything is in walking distance.

There was a lot of noise with the bedroom being on the side of the apartment of the busy road. On the weekends there was a lot of noise from the restaurant directly across the street, as it’s a football pub. And on the weekdays it was open for traffic, so the motorbikes going by were extremely bothersome. Even people walking by and talking we could hear every word, so the windows are not helping to dampen sound at all. We used ear plugs and it went alright for the most part. The couch is tiny and not comfortable for 2. Would have liked to have a small table and chairs on the balcony, but that was not there.

Simple and clean inside! Had everything one needs to stay for few nights. Value for money is fantastic.

From the outside it looked dodgy but inside it really is not!

Everything was perfect! They even have an office in Siena where you can drop off your luggage if you arrive early.

Wonderful apartment, very convenient location, all good.

Only a small suggestion ... a small toaster in the kitchen would have been very handy.
